The Dashboard shows an overview of your account. Menu options include: Dashboard, Phone Numbers, Keywords, Subscribers, Messages, Analytics, Account, and Logout. At a glance, the Dashboard shows the following information:
1) Phone Number – This is your primary phone number. All of your keywords and subscribers are attached to this phone number. This is the only phone number you can have your customers subscribe to or opt-in to.
2) Account Balance – This shows the number of message credits in your account. Be sure to refill your account with more credits before the balance runs out to ensure customers can continue to subscribe to your campaigns.
3) Analytics – This shows the current activity in your account for today’s date. You can see how many messages you have received, messages you have sent, auto-reply messages, calls received, opt-ins and opt-outs, and the number of credits used.
4) Keywords – This shows your 5 most recent keywords set up and the number of subscribers for those keywords. Your total number of keywords is displayed at the top. Click the “View All” link to see all of your keywords.
5) Subscribers – This shows your 5 most recent subscribers and the keyword they have subscribed to. The total number of subscribers is displayed at the top and does not include duplicate subscribers they may have opted in to more than 1 of your keywords. Click the “View All” link to see all of your subscribers.

The Buy Credits page displays all of our credit package options. Typically the more message credits you purchase the lower your per credit charge will be.
Credits never expire and can be used anytime, so purchase in bulk to lower your expenses and get the lowest possible per credit rate. Unused credits will simply rollover to the next month and next month, etc. This is one of the many great features that sets us apart from our competitors!
Payments are handled through PayPal on their secure servers and message credits are automatically added to your account immediately after your payment is received.

The Phone Numbers page allows you to buy phone numbers to be attached to your account and displays a list of your current phone numbers.
1) Buy A Phone Number – To buy a phone number first make sure you have credits in your account. Then simply enter your area code or zip code into the search box. Next select a phone number you would like to purchase and then confirm the order.
2) Primary Phone number – On the right side of the page you will see a list of your current phone numbers. The first phone number on the list is your primary phone number. All of your keywords and subscribers are attached to this phone number. This is the only phone number you can have your customers subscribe to or opt-in to.
3) Secondary Phone Numbers – In addition to your primary phone number you may also purchase secondary phone numbers. All phone numbers are limited to sending 1 text message per second. Secondary phone numbers can be used to decrease the delivery time of your text messages if you have an extremely large list of subscribers. For instance, if your list of subscribers contains 3,600 subscribers, at a rate of 1 message per second it will take 60 minutes to deliver all 3,600 messages. Adding 1 secondary phone number will decrease the delivery time of all 3,600 messages down to 30 minutes. Having 2 secondary phone numbers will decrease the delivery time for all 3,600 messages down to only 20 minutes.

The Voice Message page is where you can add a custom message that users will here in the event that they call in to your phone number instead of sending a text message. A computer generated voice will read the message to the caller.

The Add Keywords page is where you can add a new keyword to your account. You can add as many keywords as you like. Using different keywords can help you track the effectiveness of your different advertising methods. For instance, maybe you have decided to run a radio commercial over the weekend. Create a new keyword, like “radio”, and in your radio ad indicate that people should text “radio” to your phone number to receive the special offer. Now you can track all the new subscribers you got from that advertising campaign to determine if the radio ad is effective.
1) First enter your new keyword into the keyword box – This is the word your customers will text to your phone number, for example, DEAL or FREE or SPECIAL. Use letters and numbers only. Your keyword will work no matter what case it is typed in (UPPER, lower, or MiXeD).
2) Next enter your Auto-Reply message – This is the auto response that will be immediately sent back your customer after they subscribe to your list to confirm their subscription. Example: Thanks for subscribing. You are now eligible for our weekly give away and additional special discounts and promotions! Have a great day!
3) Finally enter your Already Member message – This message will be sent out to anyone that has already subscribed to this keyword in the event that they try to re-subscribe. Example: Oops! Our records indicate that you have already subscribed. Don’t worry; you will continue to receive our special promotions and discounts. Have a great day!

The Keywords page shows you a list of all the keywords you are using in your account. Each keyword displays the “Auto-Reply” text message and the “Already Member” text message. From here you can also select to send a text message to the subscribers of each keyword, edit the keyword, or delete the keyword. You can also choose to add a new keyword.

The Edit Keywords page is where you can edit the Auto-Reply message and edit the Already Member message for any keyword in your account. Simply edit your message and then click the “Edit Keyword” button to save your changes.

The Subscribers page shows a list of all your current subscribers. Use the drop down menus to sort your subscribers list by the keyword they have opted in to or by showing the newest or oldest subscribers first. You can also use the check boxes to select subscribers and then move the subscriber to a different keyword.

The Add Contacts page can be used to manually add new subscribers.
1) First select a keyword that you would like to add your new subscriber(s) to.
2) To add only one new subscriber, simply enter their 10 digit phone number into the provided boxes and then click the “Add Contact” button.
3) To add a list of subscribers you first need to build your list of phone numbers in Microsoft Excel .xls format. Your .xls file should only have one column for the phone numbers. Each phone number should be on its own line. The phone numbers should each be 10 digits long using numbers only and contain no spaces or dashes.
Once you have built and saved your list of phone numbers in .xls format, simply click on the browse button to locate and select your .xls file and then click to upload the file. Then click the “Import Contacts” button.

The Send Message page is used to send or schedule a message to be sent out to a single phone number. This is perfect for scheduling a message to be sent out at a later date to a single person as an appointment reminder.
1) First enter the message you would like to send out.
2) Second, enter the 10 digit phone number of the person to send your message to.
3) Third, choose to send the message immediately or to schedule* the message to be sent at a later date and time.
*When you set the date and time you would like your message to be sent BE SURE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS BASED ON OUR CURRENT SERVER TIME. Your time zone may be different than the time zone our server is on. Compare our server time with the actual time in your area and make the necessary adjustments to ensure your message gets sent out at the exact time you want.
4) Review your message content and recipient and click the “Send Message” button.

The Send Group Message page is used to send or schedule a message to be sent out to all subscribers or just the subscribers of a specific keyword. This is perfect for sending out a special offer or discount to instantly generate new orders.
1) First enter the message you would like to send out.
2) Second, select who you would like to send your message to. You can either select to send the message to all of your subscribers or, just to subscribers of specific keywords.
3) Third, choose your delivery options:
Choose to send the message from your Primary Phone Number or if you have purchased additional phone numbers you can select the “Send From All Numbers” option.
(Sending from all your numbers decreases the time it takes to send your message when you have a large list of subscribers. See the “Help” icon on the Phone Numbers page for additional information).
Choose to send the message immediately or to schedule* the message to be sent at a later date and time.
*When you set the date and time you would like your message to be sent BE SURE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS BASED ON OUR CURRENT SERVER TIME. Your time zone may be different than the time zone our server is on. Compare our server time with the actual time in your area and make the necessary adjustments to ensure your message gets sent out at the exact time you want.
4) Review your message content and recipients and click the “Send Message” button.
Additional Features:
The Sent Messages page shows a list of all the messages you have previously sent out. If you click on the message text it will take you to the Send Message or Send Group Message page preloaded with that message. This is perfect if you regularly send out the same message to your subscribers, in a sense it is a saved message template. You can also select the check box next to a message or multiple messages and delete any sent messages you do not wish to keep a record of.
The Scheduled Messages page shows a list of all the messages you have scheduled to be sent out at a later date and time. If you click on the message text it will take you to the Send Message or Send Group Message page preloaded with all the information about that scheduled message. From here you can edit the scheduled message if changes are needed. You can also select the check box next to a message or multiple messages and delete any scheduled messages you do not want to send.

The Analytics page displays the total activity in your account over a given period of time. On initial page load it displays totals for the current date. Select dates for a specific period of time to create a report for those days. This is perfect to see the total activity in your account for the last week or month. The following information is available:
Message Received – This displays the total number of messages received to your phone number. Typically this number will match your Opt-In number because most of the messages you receive will be from people opting in to your keywords.
Message Sent – This displays the total number of messages you have sent using the Send Message and Send Group Message functions. This number does not include any Auto-Reply or Already Member messages sent out after people opt-in to your keywords.
Auto Reply – This displays the total number of Auto-Reply and Already Member messages sent.
Call Received – This displays the total number of calls received to your phone number. This happens when someone calls into your phone number instead of sending a text message to your number.
Opt-In – This displays the total number of subscribers that opted in to your keywords.
Opt-Out – This displays the total number of subscribers that opted out of your keywords.
Credits – This displays the total number of credits that were used in your account. This is the total of Messages Received, Messages Sent, Auto Reply, and Calls Received. It does not include Opt-In or Opt-Out because those are Messages Received.

The Daily Analytics page displays the daily activity in your account over a given period of time. On initial page load it displays the daily activity for the last 7 days. Select dates for a specific period of time to create a report for those days. This is perfect to see the daily activity in your account for the last week or month. The following information is available:
Message Received – This displays the daily number of messages received to your phone number. Typically this number will match your Opt-In number because most of the messages you receive will be from people opting in to your keywords.
Message Sent – This displays the daily number of messages you have sent using the Send Message and Send Group Message functions. This number does not include any Auto-Reply or Already Member messages sent out after people opt-in to your keywords.
Auto Reply – This displays the daily number of Auto-Reply and Already Member messages sent.
Call Received – This displays the daily number of calls received to your phone number. This happens when someone calls into your phone number instead of sending a text message to your number.
Opt-In – This displays the daily number of subscribers that opted in to your keywords.
Opt-Out – This displays the daily number of subscribers that opted out of your keywords.
Credits – This displays the daily number of credits that were used in your account. This is the total of Messages Received, Messages Sent, Auto Reply, and Calls Received. It does not include Opt-In or Opt-Out because those are Messages Received.

The Account Details page displays all of your registration information. Change or Update any of your information here and then click the “Save Now” button to save your changes. Leave the Password and Confirm Password fields empty if you do not need to change your password.
